Victor Healthy Living

Dr. ConezioAt Victor Healthy Living, our goal is to provide you with the best medical services while bringing back the personal doctor - patient relationship that belongs in healthcare. We believe that when you look your doctor in the eye, you should be confident that he remembers you and has a personal commitment to your well-being. Whatever your long- or short-term health needs are, you can trust that our team has the knowledge and compassion to help you meet your wellness goals.

Dr. Gerald Conezio has been Victor's hometown doctor since 1978, and carries on a tradition that began in 1885 with Dr. Charles Rowley.  Born and raised locally in the Rochester suburb of Irondequoit, he attended the University of Rochester before receiving his MD from the State University of New York in Syracuse.  He completed his Internal  Medicine residency at Genesee Hospital and Strong Memorial Hospital, and began practice here in Victor in 1978. By 1992, his practice had outgrown the little office at The Doctor's House on Main Street, and he moved to East Victor Road, where he founded and managed Victor Health Associates. By 2009, the practice had expanded to include five doctors, five nurses, and thousands of patients. After a hiatus in which he served uninsured patients at St. Joseph's Neighborhood Center, Dr. Conezio returned to private practice with the founding of Victor Healthy Living in January 2013. He is rejoined by office manager Debbie Alexander and nurse Carol Norman, RN, who have both served with Dr. Conezio for 25 years.

The Doctor's HouseOn July 20, the Rochester Democrat and Chronicle featured "The Doctor's House" in the RocRoots column. That article is available online here.
